Greetings and welcome to my website!

As some of you may already know, I used to write a popular monthly column on "the biz", focusing mostly on screenwriting and development. Through the years, I've had the chance to meet many of the readers of my columns at conferences and workshops, some of whom would show me the tattered copies of my columns they had put in a notebook or folder - all of them pleading with me to publish them in a book.

After much procrastination and prodding and with a lot of encouragement, support, and some much-needed "good luck", The Script Selling Game became a reality. But as I was writing, I quickly found out that it wasn't enough to simply re-print my columns. And for a change, I found myself on the same side of the desk as the writers I often counseled - conquering writer's block, doing research, struggling to find the perfect words or phrases, updating material, and juggling my work and life as my manuscript deadline quickly approached.

Throughout this creative journey, I realized, with great clarity, just how fortunate I've been to have had the friendship and support of so many people, most of whom have been acknowledged in my book.

And through my dozens of seminars and workshops, I also realized the amazing, eye-opening lessons I've learned from being in the company of writers, like you!

To all of you wonderful writers I've worked with - past, present and future - thank you for inspiring me with your creativity and empowering the world with your words and visions…and may all your cinematic dreams comes true!
